Inside Sales Support Representative
About the role
The Inside Sales Support Representative, reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, supports customer inquiries, customer account set-up, and dealer onboarding while serving as a key point of contact for the dealer network and field sales team. This role requires a customer-focused professional who consistently delivers exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
- Customer setup and maintenance within company systems
- Onboard new customers by collecting signed credit applications and applicable agreements, and documenting shipping requirements
- Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics
- Salesforce (CRM) – set up customer accounts, profiles, and complete related administrative tasks
- Dealer Portal – set up customer access and provide training and ongoing support
- Order entry and order management, resolving account-related issues, processing returns, and issuing credits
- Answer incoming customer inquiries related to general product information, availability, pricing, and order status
- General office administration, including projects as assigned
- Merchandising execution – order processing, execution, and delivery coordination
- Order supplies – samples, branded collateral
- Submitting invoices for processing
- Other related tasks
Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume customer setting via email and phone
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Experience with power tools and/or outdoor power equipment a plus
- Willing to take initiative, ask questions, and suggest improvements
- High level of competency related to details and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, text, email, etc.
- Professional attitude with a "can do" mindset
- Experience working closely with team members in a small, growing office environment

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. Offers are generally made within this range depending on skills, experience, and internal equity.

Schedule
This position may require occasional local travel to customer events or trade shows (10% or less).
