Responsibilities

  • Help with the sales process
  • Look for upsell opportunities while managing current accounts
  • Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts
  • Expand customer service horizons by interacting with clients

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success working with customers
  • Inventory sales/order systems experience
  • Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience
