Inside Sales Representative - Recruitment Marketing

Job Summary

USA TODAY Co., Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a union position affiliated with the Erie Newspaper Guild Local 38187. The role offers remote work with potential for local training in the Erie, PA area.

What You'll Do

• Work with small and medium-sized businesses
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Prospect through phone calls, email, and warm leads
• Learn clients' hiring and marketing needs through consultative conversations
• Recommend recruitment advertising and digital marketing solutions
• Grow accounts through renewals, upsells, and cross-selling
• Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Meet monthly sales goals while delivering an outstanding client experience

• Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Display, Video & Mobile Advertising
• Brand Content & Audience Engagement Solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A competitive mindset and desire to learn
• Confidence talking with people over the phone
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); CRM experience is a bonus
