Inside Sales Representative - Preschool

Responsibilities

• Makes outbound calls (approximately 40-60 calls per day) to identify decision-makers and build relationships.
• Sells photography services to preschools and daycare centers, achieving sales goals by guiding customers through the process.
• Builds and retains customer relationships post-closing, including rebooking future seasons.
• Uses a CRM system (Salesforce) to document sales processes, track contacts, and manage data.
• Applies Lifetouch's consultative selling strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
• Listens carefully to understand customer needs and addresses them effectively, overcoming objections.
• Exhibits product/service knowledge and expertise, clearly explaining features, benefits, pricing, and execution.
• Provides professional customer support, ensuring clear communication, solution offering, efficient work, and follow-up.
• Keeps all customer, employee, and company information confidential.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales or customer account service/support experience.
• Strongly preferred: Experience with telephone sales and using customer relationship management systems/platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Prioritizing post-secondary education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Resides in a state where Shutterfly is registered to do business.
• Eligible for remote work.

Skills

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems/platforms (e.g., Salesforce), preferred.
• Experience with telephone sales, strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Lifetouch's consultative selling strategy, required.
