In-Office, Team-Oriented Environment: Work Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 5:30 pm Central Time in our vibrant office. Be part of a supportive team that celebrates success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Expertly guide clients through the health insurance enrollment process.
- MATCH clients with the most suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
- Clearly explain insurance plans and gather necessary application information.
- Conduct engaging sales conversations over the phone, building trust and confidence.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
We Offer
- Compensation: On-Track Earnings (after training): $50,000–$75,000+ per year (uncapped commission).
- Training Compensation: $40,000 guaranteed salary during the entire 6-week licensing and training period.
- We pay for all licensing costs, including the state exam.
- 3-day XCEL Life & Health pre-licensing course onsite in our office.
- Take the proctored state exam at the end of Week 1.
- All the support needed to pass your exam and ramp quickly: work side-by-side with leaders and top performers to learn systems, sales skills, product knowledge, compliance, and workflows.
