About the role

InBody is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our team. You will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers to meet or exceed set quotas and goal objectives focused on the Health & Wellness industry. You will be essential in building customer relationships and aligning customer priorities with InBody's values.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody’s professional line of Body Composition Analyzers
  • Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quota
  • Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention
  • Execute sales strategies – Adhere to current and any updated strategies, KPI’s and policies
  • Maintain targets - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quota and goals for new customer acquisition
  • Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system
  • Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and InBody’s overall market opportunity

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day)
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho)
  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency with Office365 and type 40+ WPM
  • Able to commute to the office located in Cerritos, CA
  • Ability to lift 65lbs

Bonus Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding quota in fitness, nutrition, medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or related fields.

Interview Process

As part of the hiring process, selected candidates will be required to complete a preliminary recorded video interview through WedgeHR. This step is mandatory, and applications will not be considered complete until the recorded interview has been submitted. Candidates who do not complete the Wedge HR interview will not be considered for the position.

Pay Rate Range

$26.43 - $37.94 per hour base + uncapped commission
