Inside Sales Specialist Hybrid

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Collaborate closely with sales teammates in the qualification and execution of marketing leads into sales opportunities.
  • Support regionally aligned account executives with customer sales opportunities.
  • Ensure all relevant data is updated within the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including quotes, orders, and bids.
  • Maintain accurate and relevant data relating to customers, quotes, and orders in the ERP.
  • Provide timely response to customer inquiries via phone and website interactions.

SKILLS

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude to thrive in a customer-focused and results-driven environment.
  • Desire to advance in one’s career.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years, or more, of sales or customer service position.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer facing role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Prior experience working with a CRM (preferred).
  • Prior experience working within an ERP (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
