JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Collaborate closely with sales teammates in the qualification and execution of marketing leads into sales opportunities.
- Support regionally aligned account executives with customer sales opportunities.
- Ensure all relevant data is updated within the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including quotes, orders, and bids.
- Maintain accurate and relevant data relating to customers, quotes, and orders in the ERP.
- Provide timely response to customer inquiries via phone and website interactions.
SKILLS
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude to thrive in a customer-focused and results-driven environment.
- Desire to advance in one’s career.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years, or more, of sales or customer service position.
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer facing role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Prior experience working with a CRM (preferred).
- Prior experience working within an ERP (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
