What You'll Be Doing
- Customer relationship Management: Act as the primary internal contact for assigned customer accounts, providing proactive service and support.
- You will be working with a Field Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Representative who will call on the same account base, and you will both manage the territory as a team.
- Sales processing (Oracle): Utilize Oracle to process RFQ's (request for quotes), sales orders, and manage various order alerts.
- Inventory and Logistics: Check stock availability and shipping dates, assist in managing after the sale situations with the support of our Customer Service team.
- Lead Generation and prospecting: Manage leads from our suppliers. Working with your FSE/TSR to expand product offerings at existing accounts.
- Techical support: Collaborate with FSE/TSR, Product Managers, and Field Application Engineers to assist in providing technical solutions and product alternatives to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2-4+ years of Inside Sales or Sales support experience, preferably in electronic component or semiconductor distribution.
- Software Proficiency: Proven experience using Oracle or similar (ERP/CRM) for order processing, quoting, and customer data management (preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of semiconductors, passive components, or electronic components (preferred).
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), strong negotiation abilities, and high attention to detail required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not necessary if there is proven industry experience.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Revenue targets and growth within assigned territory/accounts
- Quote turnaround time and conversion rate
- Accuracy of Oracle data entry (order entry/quoting)
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates

Pay and Benefits
- Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $35.74 - $43.68
- The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
