Inside Sales Representative - Freehold, NJ

About the role

Handle phone-in customers with pleasant and courteous etiquette. Utilize product and technical knowledge to assist customers with product selection. Provide customers with written quotations which include terms and delivery method. Prepare customer sale orders and confirm payment terms/method. Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers. Resolve order issues by collaborating with external vendors and internal departments. Reach monthly goals in sales and gross margin. Encourage the use of digital tools across the customer base. Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day.

Requirements

Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred. Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer. Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English. Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software. Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $23 - $26/ hour

Schedule

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
