Inside Sales Representative - Electrical Distribution Products
About the role
A company dedicated to construction, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy, Faith Technologies Inc. (FTI) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Switchgear, Busway, Switchboards, Panelboards, Transformers, MV Gear. This position may be based in Menasha, WI, or Olathe, KS (Kansas City metro).
Responsibilities
- Leverage customer engagement opportunities to identify, develop, document, and route sales opportunities to product sales teams.
- Collaborate with co-workers, National Sales Managers, and regional sales teams to maximize FTI products' engagement with all customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth through effective communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive and efficient conclusion.
- Identify and address customer issues and concerns, leading to resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and their applications to assist customers effectively and provide accurate information.
- Efficiently process orders, expedites requests, and other customer inquiries while keeping customer accounts updated ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Gather and document customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, sharing insights with the team to enhance the customer experience.
- Accurately log customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, orders, actions taken, and resolutions.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales managers, technical support, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Proactively reach out to dormant and legacy customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, technical support, and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their benefits and address client inquiries.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in relevant field preferred.
- Experience: 0-3 years of customer service-related experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed for tradeshows.
Qualifications
- Strong technical sales background with OEM products.
- Understanding of data center power distribution products, electric vehicle charging skids, switchboards, and more.
- Experience in designing and manufacturing products to ensure they perform safely, reliably, and at scale.

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. However, work may be performed at any day of the week to meet business needs.
Location
This position may be based in Menasha, WI, or Olathe, KS (Kansas City metro).
