About the role
Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative - Contractor Desk. This role involves engaging with contractors and architects to promote and sell our high-quality furniture solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting potential clients and presenting company products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage sales pipeline from initial contact through close, including proposal development and negotiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and showcase products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
