About the role

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly new business targets by following up with a high volume of prospects from qualification and needs discovery to closing
  • Owning every prospect and stage with urgency and accountability
  • Finalize heat pump system quotes complete with heat load and electrical load verifications and guide prospects through home electrification upgrade options, rebate eligibility and processes to remove friction and accelerate decisions
  • Track personal sales KPIs daily, identify gaps early, and proactively adjust outreach strategy, pipeline mix, and closing approach to consistently hit monthly targets

Requirements

  • Excited and inspired by our mission to make a dramatic impact on climate change
  • 2 or more years selling home services or technology products to consumers, residential homeowners or small businesses
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong fluency with sales technologies including CRM, sales sequencing to manage high volume of prospects and communications
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to innovate
  • High impact verbal (phone) and written (email, SMS) communication and closing skills
  • Experience in HVAC, electrical or solar or any technical solutions from computer hardware to SaaS an asset
  • Commitment to continuous self-improvement and desire to try new things
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working in a startup environment or similar fast-paced, rapidly growing company
  • Flexibility to work during business hours, evenings and weekends as required (different gifts available)
  • Excels in a team setting and values collaboration and open communication
  • HIS License preferred

Qualifications

The role requires a strong passion for sustainability and a proven ability to sell complex solutions to consumers. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

Pay

$100,000 per annum uncapped OTE

Schedule

Shifts could be Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm, or Tuesday to Friday - 12-8pm + Saturday - 10am - 6pm or Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm, or Tuesday to Sunday 9am - 5pm
