Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and Grow Book of Business
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
  • Track account activity and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Handle rejection and maintain persistence in a sales-driven environment
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Manage and grow book of business

  • Track account activity and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
