Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reviewing RFQs & RFPs and providing proposals in response to customer inquiries
  • Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
  • Managing and responding to daily incoming customer web, email and phone inquiries
  • Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
  • Closing sales and working with customers through closing process

Skills & Qualifications

  • Read and understand customer requests for quotes/proposals
  • Familiarity with various customer procurement terms and conditions
  • Blueprint reading is beneficial but not required
  • Cost/Pricing Strategies
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • JobBoss, CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong communicative skills verbal and written

Requirements

Mon - Thurs 7:30am-5:30pm & Friday 7:30am-11:30am
