Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviewing RFQs & RFPs and providing proposals in response to customer inquiries
- Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
- Managing and responding to daily incoming customer web, email and phone inquiries
- Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Closing sales and working with customers through closing process
Skills & Qualifications
- Read and understand customer requests for quotes/proposals
- Familiarity with various customer procurement terms and conditions
- Blueprint reading is beneficial but not required
- Cost/Pricing Strategies
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- JobBoss, CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong communicative skills verbal and written
Requirements
