Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers and ensure their business needs are met.
  • Manage multiple customer orders, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
  • Respond quickly to all customer requests.
  • Take responsibility for the profitability of each customer order transaction.
  • Manage customers and suppliers with a positive attitude.
  • Work to meet required customer ship dates.
  • Ensure orders are completed through the invoicing stage.
  • Process orders and quotations accurately and promptly.
  • Provide quotation copies to field sales reps on time.
  • Collaborate with field sales to meet customer needs.
  • Keep customer cross-reference and contract pricing current.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually.
