Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Generate and follow up on product quotes
- Provide technical support and product guidance to customers
- Process sales orders, returns, credits, and debits
- Maintain inventory and communicate concerns to purchasing/management
- Resolve customer service issues with professionalism
- Continuously expand product and service knowledge
- Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs
- Occasionally travel to support business goals
- Track competitor pricing and product offerings
- Support quality assurance initiatives
- Uphold company values and competencies
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- Computer proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with industrial products and services
