Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Aid customers with product selection and technical questions.
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Cook with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive service.
