Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
  • Aid customers with product selection and technical questions.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Cook with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
