Inside Sales Representative
About the role
Southern Home Services is a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company that acquires, owns, and operates businesses around the United States. We are seeking business leaders to join our growing team and become an integral part of our company's future.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound follow up and cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Two years’ experience in sales.
- Outstanding phone skills.
- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
- The ability to develop relationships, engage with others.
- High integrity and operates with truth and transparency.
- A forward thinker, can respectfully challenge status quo and think beyond the moment.
- Excellent verbal, analytical and organizational skills.
- Excels at operating in a fast paced, community environment.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- High sense of urgency.
