Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of small accounts
- Be main point of contact for all commercial topics (pricing, orders, issues, follow-ups)
- Drive retention and identify upsell opportunities
- Respond to inbound RFQs and new small account leads
- Manage pricing within defined guidelines
- Follow up on quotes to convert into orders
- Coincide internally with operations, CS and finance
- Resolve customer issues and support after-sales when needed
- Keep CRM updated (pipeline, opportunities, pricing)
- Reactivate inactive or declining accounts
- Support field sales by taking full ownership of transactional business

Experience and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years in inside sales or account management
- Experience managing multiple small value accounts
- Strong communication
- High organization and follow-up discipline
- Commercial mindset (pricing, upsell)
- Ability to manage high volume of accounts
- Proactive and responsive
