Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Responsible for inspecting residential and commercial properties to identify and treat pest infestations. Conducts heat treatments and canine inspections as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for signs of pests such as bed bugs, rodents, and wildlife.
• Treat identified pests using integrated pest management techniques.
• Conduct heat treatments and canine inspections as necessary.
• Document findings and treatment plans in client files.
• Communicate with clients regarding pest control services and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in entomology or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in pest control.
• Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Pass a background check.

Skills

• Knowledge of pest biology and behavior.
• Proficiency in IPM practices.
• Experience with heat treatments and canine inspections.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
