Inside Sales Representative

About the role

The inside sales role is empowered to team with outside sales to grow our customer base, ensuring more communities remain safe by providing essential supplies for clean water and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consultative sales approach to deliver needed solutions
• Work cooperatively with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards
• Properly enter and track sales
• Deliver high quality customer service and professionalism

Requirements

• Knowledge and skills common with 1 or more years’ experience in sales role for a wholesale distribution business
• Highschool diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Knowledge of assigned business line: Plumbing, Waterworks, HVAC, Kitchen & Bath
• Experience in leadership skills and knowledge to advance career into leadership, outside sales, or other internal opportunities

Skills

• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 75 pounds or more, working indoors/outdoors as required by the job during the assigned work hours
