About the role

The inside sales role at Reece & Fortiline is designed to empower team members to collaborate with outside sales to expand our customer base. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring communities have access to clean water and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consultative sales approach to meet customer needs
  • Work cooperatively with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards
  • Properly enter and track sales data
  • Provide high-quality customer service and professionalism

Requirements

  • Knowledge and skills common with 1 or more years’ experience in sales roles for wholesale distribution businesses
  • A high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of assigned business lines: Plumbing, Waterworks, HVAC, Kitchen & Bath
  • Experience in leadership positions
