About the role
The Inside Sales Representative role in our Call Center is a critical entry point for growth and development within the company. Starting as an Inside Sales Representative, you can advance to various leadership positions including Lead, Supervisor, Call Center Manager, Call Center Director, Marketing Director, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads received via inbound and outbound calls to identify homeowners with a clear need for home improvement products.
- Enhance customer experience by building rapport and providing solutions to customer needs.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience through effective listening and communication.
- Utilize internal business tools to assist with customer inquiries.
- Support sales representatives via phone and email as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive work ethic.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year of professional work experience in customer service or call center
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment

- Full-time opportunity working 5-6 days a week
- Earning potential of $50k-$65k+/year ($20/hour plus incentives)
