Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Updates account information, venue details, and program records in the customer management system with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Responds to general customer inquiries ensuring successful resolutions.
• Handles account requests, including setup and maintenance, equipment service, accounting disputes, product tracking, and delivery claims, driving results through efficient processes.
• Conducts proactive sales and support outreach calls by tier, driving results.
• Implements sales tactics and identifies opportunities within the existing customer portfolio, ensuring profitable and successful outcomes.
• Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers in the assigned territory or market segment to generate new business product sales.
• Makes weekly and annual sales reports, including monthly and annual portfolio performance analysis, ensuring tracking, benchmarking, and goal attainment.
• Manages designated beverage business leads by qualifying and converting them to support new business activation or disqualifying undesirable opportunities.
• Participates in team calls and makes in-person annual regional visits or periodic business travel, fostering collaboration.

Requirements

• 2+ years sales, restaurant, coffeehouse, or account management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay

The approximate pay range for this position is $65K- $75K. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Schedule

The position requires 3 days in the office (Tues, Wed, Thurs) and the starting hours would be between 6:00 am - 8:00 am Pacific Standard Time to support East Coast based customers.
