Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales and expand business within existing accounts.
- Identify and convert new leads into long-term customers through outbound calls, email outreach, and virtual presentations.
- Analyze customer buying patterns, market data, and sales metrics to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met with appropriate parts and service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, forecasts, and sales activity in CRM software.
- Travel periodically for customer visits, trade shows, or company meetings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, account management, or business development in an industry with physical products.
- Experience selling parts or technical components required.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic, HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay
Salary + Additional Benefits: $60,000-$80,000 + Bonus
