Sales & Customer Support Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships through responsive, consultative communication across phone, email, and digital channels.
- Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and recommend solutions that align with customer goals and business objectives.
- Manage quotes, orders, follow-up, and issue resolution with accuracy, urgency, and strong attention to detail.
- Partner cross-functionally to support seamless customer experiences while identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and customer outcomes.
Critical Skills
- Product, Market & Application Acumen: Understand products, customer applications, and market needs to confidently recommend the right solutions. Construction industry experience or product knowledge is a huge plus.
- Diagnostics Questioning & Opportunity Clarification: Ask thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs, challenges, and growth opportunities. Clarify problems before recommending solutions and identify opportunities beyond the initial request.
- Relationship Building & Customer Influence: Build trust through responsive, professional, and consultative communication. Influence customer decisions by understanding priorities, providing value, and positioning solutions effectively.
- Ownership, Execution & Business Awareness: Take ownership of customer opportunities from initial contact through follow-through and resolution. Manage priorities effectively while balancing customer advocacy, profitability, and operational impact.
- Adaptability & Continuous Improvement: Adapt quickly to changing priorities, products, systems, and customer needs. Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experiences, and sales effectiveness.

Work Schedule
This role is Hybrid with weekly onsite requirements in Urbana, IA. For remote work, internet speeds of 20 mbps are required. To be considered for a remote role at Clickstop, residence must be in one of the following states: Iowa, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina or Pennsylvania.
