Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete project quotations
- Accurately manage project orders for various customer types including contractors, government, commercial, and industrial
- Negotiate pricing and terms with project vendors and customers
- Set up certain customers on blankets
- Follow up on product deliveries
- Help counter with sales
- Courteous and polite towards customers
- Multi-task and prioritize daily tasks
Requirements
- High School or GED
- 2-3 years of Inside Sales experience in the electrical distribution industry (preferred)
- Eclipse or Solar experience (plus)
- Solid customer service background
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Eclipse knowledge preferred)
- Good and dependable mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic
Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 2-3 years of Inside Sales experience in the electrical distribution industry (preferred)
- Eclipse or Solar experience (plus)
- Solid customer service background
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Eclipse knowledge preferred)
