Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication methods
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Present BARR Credit Services' offerings with professionalism and confidence
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably inside sales or customer service roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus
