Responsibilities
- To direct day-to-day walk-in customer sales opportunities by asking intelligent questions and properly qualifying customer needs.
- To deliver that data comprehensively to the proper territory salesman for follow through.
- To knowledgeably drive the idea of doing business with ASCO by initiating phone conversations with both existing customers as well as customers that have yet to do business with ASCO.
- To support the territory salesmen by providing leads, equipment data, and all else needed to expedite the sales processes and allow for more time in front of customers.
- To maintain sales equipment arrangement, appearance, and functionality to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- To maintain weekly inventory of all sales equipment, attachments, and all other necessary wholegoods items to maximize branch efficiency and profitability.
- To constantly invest time in gaining a better understanding of your store’s equipment offering, equipment operation, and equipment capabilities.
