About the role

This role sits within a high-volume, performance-driven sales environment, where representatives engage with warm leads to educate customers, recommend solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls using company-provided leads
  • Absess customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
  • Walk clients through the full application and enrollment process
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records within CRM systems
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience while navigating a metrics-driven environment
  • Identify opportunities to expand business through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling
  • Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and competitor positioning
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and industry regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or a contact center environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and sales goals
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based sales setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Pay

$40,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE typically $70,000–$90,000)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
