Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for inbound sales inquiries related to architectural products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including architects, contractors, and design professionals.
  • Work closely with the outside sales team to support project needs and ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Provide detailed product information, including technical specifications, material options, and pricing.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and closing orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Manage and update CRM system with client information, sales activities, and project status.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate product deliveries, samples, and project timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in architectural, construction, or design-related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, or building products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
