Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter

What You'll Do

• Generate Opportunities
• Makes inbound and outbound calls to homeowners
• Engages prospects and identifies potential needs
• Schedules qualified appointments for our sales team
• Builds rapport and creates positive customer experiences
• Drive Performance
• Maintains high call activity (20–30+ calls per hour)
• Works toward daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals
• Handles objections confidently and professionally
• Follows proven scripts and processes while maintaining natural conversations
• Stay Organized
• Accurately documents activity and customer information in our CRM
• Coordinates with the sales team to ensure quality appointment handoffs
• Maintains professionalism and consistency throughout the customer journey

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: Optional 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation
