Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand a client base through strategic outreach, including video calls, phone conversations, and in-person meetings.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities with key client hiring managers and senior executives.
- Recruit, evaluate, and place leading industry professionals in full-time roles with our clients.
- Develop job postings, search, screen, and identify qualified candidates, present them to clients, and manage both client and candidates through the hiring process.
- Build strong relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video, and in-person to qualify them for client positions.
- Expand and maintain the existing client base, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospective business and secure qualified opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- A strong desire to build a career in Recruiting, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Experience in a Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Recruiter role.
- Proven track record in sales – either as an Account Manager or in Business Development.
- Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented, money-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
