Responsibilities
- Aid customers with pricing, availability, and product recommendations through phone, email, and web inquiries.
- Create quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and timely follow-up.
- Source products from approved vendors when inventory isn't available.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Follow up on quotes and proactively reconnect with previous customers to generate new business.
- Work closely with your team to help customers find the parts they need while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous sales or inside sales experience preferred.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A motivated, team-oriented individual who enjoys learning, solving problems, and helping customers succeed.

Pay
$20.00 per hour, We recognize the value of experience and are committed to offering competitive pay for the right candidate.
