Responsibilities

  • Increase revenue by responding to incoming and/or initiating outgoing customer inquiries
  • Use company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data
  • Ensure patient contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness
  • Promote products, thoroughly explaining product and/or services, benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
  • Resolve customer concerns
  • Record customer information by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
  • Provide customer follow-up as required
  • Contribute to departmental objectives through tracked contact and sales results
