Inside Sales Manager - SaaS Practice Sales - Account Executive Team

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to drive performance and accountability
• Refine sales processes and enhance the value proposition for consistent quota achievement
• Provide transparent visibility into the sales pipeline and team performance metrics
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions for team development
• Engage actively in account strategy, execution, and closing sales opportunities
• Recruit and onboard top talent while nurturing existing high-performing team members
• Ensure mastery of Salesforce and Outreach with an emphasis on data accuracy
• Collaborate with leadership to develop playbooks and initiatives for scalable growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or medical practice sales
• 2+ years of experience leading an Account Executive team with proven success
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas both individually and as a team leader
• Strong knowledge of the sales process and various methodologies
• Experience in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment
• Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and optimize processes
• Proficiency in Salesforce is required; Outreach proficiency is preferred
• Exceptional communication abilities and strong organizational skills

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
