Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online quote requests
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Prepare quotes and guide customers through purchasing decisions
- Follow up on open opportunities to help close business
- Support order completion and coordinate sales activities
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service, sales, or sales support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and stay organized
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple systems
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
