Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and organized Inside Sales Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in California. This role requires a motivated individual who excels in customer service and administrative support, ensuring seamless operations within the sales department.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
- Perform alpha-numeric filing and maintain organized records.
- Provide customers with order updates and status communication.
- Enter and manage inside sales data accurately.
- Aid with inventory tracking and stock upkeep.
- Perform Amazon order boxing and shipping approximately once per week.
- Provide backup support to the sales team when needed.
Qualifications
- High School education required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with data entry and customer service is advantageous.
Benefits
Competitive pay within the range of $19 to $20 per hour. Minimal travel time required.
