Inside Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to handle warm inbound phone and email leads. If you thrive on learning quickly, translating technical product details into easy solutions, and helping customers find exactly what they need, this role is for you. As the initial contact with current and prospective customers, you will work through email, telephone, in-person visits, and on-site at customer locations to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.

The sign industry is dynamic and ever-changing, with projects ranging from small jobs to large, highly customized installations. You will never be bored, as every project is unique. At FASTSIGNS, you will prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders while being involved in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing plans, and contributing to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone and email leads, converting prospects into customers and long-term clients.
• Work with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.
• Prepare estimates and implement work orders to ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and execute business and marketing plans.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent listening, documentation, and organization.
• Learn and master a complex product line, translating technical details into customer solutions.
