- Guide each customer through their 45-day trial and make their hearing journey smooth and positive.

- 3+ years of inside sales experience with strong closing results.
- Strong closer who listens, consults, and earns trust fast.
- Tech confident with CRMs, especially Salesforce.
- Clear communicator who builds rapport quickly.
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
