Are you a naturally curious problem-solver who loves mastering a complex product line? We are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to handle an abundance of warm inbound phone and email leads. If you thrive on learning quickly, translating technical product details into easy solutions, and helping customers find exactly what they need, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound phone and email leads.
• Serve as the initial contact with current and prospective customers.
• Engage customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
• Prepare estimates for sign projects.
• Implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings.
• Execute business and marketing plans.
• Contribute to the overall success of the FASTSIGNS Center.

Pay

Compensation: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour.
