Inside Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance across inbound and outbound customer interactions by identifying needs and recommending the right CPAP equipment and accessories.
  • Convert leads into customers by confidently guiding them through the purchasing process and overcoming objections in real time.
  • Increase average order value through bundling, upgrades, and product education.
  • Build trust with customers by simplifying complex information and delivering solutions with confidence and empathy.
  • Follow up on warm leads, abandoned carts, and prior inquiries to recover revenue opportunities.
  • Accurately process orders, ensuring compliance with all applicable medical and regulatory requirements.
  • Document customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems for follow-up and reporting.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge on CPAP equipment, masks, accessories, and industry trends.
  • Support team success through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Experience

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound sales conversations.
  • Comfortable using CRM and contact center platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, or Aircall.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Confidence in consultative selling and objection handling.
  • Ability to simplify complex information for customers.
  • Strong attention to detail with order accuracy and documentation.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to multitask across systems while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

  • Cash compensation includes a competitive hourly base plus an uncapped commission structure tied directly to individual performance.
  • This role offers flexible work environment opportunities based on performance, business needs, and training completion.
  • High-performing consultants may have opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities such as onboarding new hires, peer coaching, and assisting leadership with sales development initiatives.
  • This role is designed to develop future Team Leads and Sales Managers.
