Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance across inbound and outbound customer interactions by identifying needs and recommending the right CPAP equipment and accessories.
- Convert leads into customers by confidently guiding them through the purchasing process and overcoming objections in real time.
- Increase average order value through bundling, upgrades, and product education.
- Build trust with customers by simplifying complex information and delivering solutions with confidence and empathy.
- Follow up on warm leads, abandoned carts, and prior inquiries to recover revenue opportunities.
- Accurately process orders, ensuring compliance with all applicable medical and regulatory requirements.
- Document customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems for follow-up and reporting.
- Maintain strong product knowledge on CPAP equipment, masks, accessories, and industry trends.
- Support team success through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound sales conversations.
- Comfortable using CRM and contact center platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, or Aircall.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Confidence in consultative selling and objection handling.
- Ability to simplify complex information for customers.
- Strong attention to detail with order accuracy and documentation.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
- Ability to multitask across systems while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
