Inside Sales Channel
About the role
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, supporting channel partners, and contributing to the growth of Evolis’ North American reseller network. The role serves as a first point of contact for prospects and works closely with Sales Managers and partners to advance opportunities and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound sales inquiries from website, email, and phone channels.
- Assess customer needs and align Evolis products accordingly.
- Document all lead activity and qualification details in Salesforce.
- Rout qualified opportunities to appropriate partners or internal sales teams.
- Support channel partners with product information and sales assistance.
- Deliver virtual or in-person product presentations as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers on reseller engagement and development.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in inside sales or lead qualification roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and CRM skills.
- Results-driven and analytical mindset.
