About the role
This is a full-time position supporting a sales team in the Salt Lake office.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with major customer accounts
- Preparing quotes
- Handling overflow sales calls
- Managing outsourcing tasks
- Upholding the company's core values
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the internal system
- At least 1 year of college or university education
- Strong, assertive personality with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Proficient with common computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
- Detail-oriented with the ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent attendance record and a strong team-oriented attitude
