About the role

Join our export grain team as an Inside Sales Assistant, supporting the sale and movement of containerized corn, soybeans, feed, and specialty products to global markets. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Write up contracts to formalize completed sales
• Coordinate directly with customers on shipping schedules
• Manage shipment interceptions as needed
• Hand off seamlessly to our logistics and documentation teams
• Work closely with multiple internal groups every day in a collaborative, cross-functional operation

Requirements

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfort with basic computer tools like MS Office, and openness to learning company-specific systems (CRM/ERP)
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• A collaborative, on-site working style

Preferred:

• Additional education or experience in sales support, logistics, or agriculture
• Prior experience in inside sales, account management, or quoting
