Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Design Collective by Cintas is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to promote products to new and existing customers through outbound phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer objectives and position Design Collective as the apparel partner of choice
• Collaborate with field sales to ensure customers understand all available solutions
• Work cross-functionally to ensure timely project completion
• Lead professional virtual presentations
• Educate customers about the online ordering platform
• Collect and manage data through the contact management system
• May become a subject matter expert for the department, run process improvement projects, and visit local properties as necessary

Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• Experience successfully meeting sales and performance goals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet/Intranet
• Able to travel up to 10%

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• 1+ year of previous Inside Sales experience
• Bachelor’s Degree

Pay

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000.00 - $100,000.00/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions.
