Job Description Summary The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is the commercial engine of — PAR Health’s new omnichannel inside sales organization. ISRs are responsible for driving product adoption and revenue growth across an assigned national territory by engaging targeted customers through phone, video, email, and digital channels. There is a three-tier ISR career framework. All three levels share the same core accountabilities and are subject to the same performance standards. Tiers differ by experience requirements, the depth and independence of the selling role, account complexity, and compensation band. Progression through the tiers is merit-based, not tenure-based. All ISRs will focus on driving adoption and sales growth of PRODUCTS W, X,Y,Z within the 505(b)(2) ready-to-use (RTU) sterile injectable market. Responsibilities Job Description Territory Sales and Customer Engagement Execute a structured omnichannel selling cadence across assigned territory: phone, video detailing, email, and digital touchpoints aligned to the Project Chi engagement modelDrive adoption of PRODUCTS W, X, Y, Z among targeted customersSell on product features and benefits — communicate clinical value, formulary advantages, and RTU product differentiation with confidenceManage a territory of assigned accounts: track account status, buying patterns, competitive position, and next-best-action priorities in Salesforce CRMAchieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual territory revenue and activity targetsConduct account business reviews: review performance, identify growth opportunities, and reinforce product value 60% CRM and Omnichannel Maintain accurate, timely Salesforce CRM records for all customer interactions, pipeline activity, and account notes — within 24 hours of contactLeverage AI-enabled next-best-action prompts (Salesforce Einstein) to prioritize outreach, personalize messaging, and select the right channel for each interactionExecute digital touchpoints in coordination with the Digital Marketing Manager — follow up on email campaigns, respond to digital engagement signals, and integrate digital and phone outreach seamlesslyActively participate in weekly ISR team huddle: share territory insights, pipeline updates, and competitive intelligence 20% Product Knowledge and Compliance Complete all product training and sales certification beforeMaintain deep knowledge of the Par Health Sterile Injectable PRODUCTS W, X, Y, Z: clinical profile, formulation, RTU advantages, formulary status, and competitive landscapeDeliver only FDA/OPDP-approved promotional materials and messaging — all content must be PRC-approved before useAdhere to all PAR Health compliance policies and complete required compliance training on schedule 10% Team Contribution and Development Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture — share territory insights, support peers, and participate actively in team learningEngage in structured coaching sessions with the Inside Sales Manager: accept feedback, apply it, and demonstrate measurable improvementTake ownership of individual career progression milestones within the three-tier frameworkSenior ISRs: provide peer mentorship to ISR and Professional ISR colleagues; contribute to onboarding of new hires 10% Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required — life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field preferredNo sales experience required; internship or commercial experience a plusStrong academic record and evidence of leadership, team sport, or competitive achievement welcomed Knowledge FDA/OPDP promotional regulations and what can and cannot be communicated to healthcare professionalsSalesforce CRM — call logging, pipeline management, and data quality (trained at hire)Omnichannel engagement tools: VoIP/softphone, video detailing platforms, email, and digital messagingMS Office Suite; ability to read territory performance dashboards and interpret call analyticsHospital pharmacy and sterile injectable market fundamentals (trained at onboarding) Skills & Abilities Selling skills — ability to present features and benefits, handle objections, and close across phone, video, email, and digital channelsResilience — maintains motivation, professionalism, and activity volume through rejection and high-volume calling daysCRM discipline — treats accurate and timely Salesforce data entry as a professional standardCoachability — seeks feedback actively, applies it quickly, and demonstrates improvementCompetitive drive — motivated by individual and team targets; brings a winning mentality while supporting teammatesCommunication — clear, concise, and credible in every channel; adapts messaging to clinical and non-clinical buyersAccountability — takes ownership of territory results; escalates obstacles early with proposed solutions Working Conditions Based in Chicago, Illinois — primary location office (TBD)Travel required: customer visits, trade meetings, and PAR Health headquartersAvailability for customer/industry events that may occur on evenings or weekends Scope of Authority Territory 1 of 10 nationally balanced territories (similar potential and workload). Revenue Responsibility Exceed sales targets of PRODUCTS W, X, Y, Z Customer Segments Hospital pharmacists, pharmacy directors, clinical decision-makers, GPO-affiliated accounts, and health system purchasing contacts within assigned territory.
