Responsibilities

• Manage projects from beginning to end.
• Handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure accuracy in all work performed.
• Strengthen customer relationships and support warehouse operations.
• Manage relationships throughout the sales process while supporting current accounts.
• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to expand client experience.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
