Role Overview
You will manage projects from beginning to end, handling a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy. The role involves strengthening customer relationships, supporting warehouse operations, managing relationships through the sales process, overseeing customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels, and collaborating cross‑functionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain high accuracy in all work.
- Strengthen and expand customer relationships.
- Support warehouse operations as needed.
- Manage relationships through the sales process for current accounts.
- Oversee customer orders and quote requests received via multiple channels for all account levels.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance client experience.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.

Pay
$18.82 – $25.09 per hour
