Responsibilities

• Manage relationships through the sales process while supporting current accounts
• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts
• Work with clients and expand experience through cross-functional work
• Be a critical player on the team learning the full spectrum of the industry by managing projects from beginning to end
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strengthen customer relationships while helping the team with warehouse operations

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
